Every customer who invests in a conservatory, orangery, or home extension from Planet, receives a 10-year guarantee as cover for the product. We hope this gives you peace of mind and confidence in our design and installation capabilities.

A LIFETIME OF REASSURANCE

This may be the only time in your life that you buy a living space or home extension, and that decision needs to be the right one. Please, never accept anything but the highest quality, which is what you will get with us.

Some home improvement companies exist in the industry that don’t supply a guarantee, and others have a guarantee that doesn’t have insurance backing. Planet is proud to give its customers an Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) of 10 years, which are products rigorously checked to ensure they can last and perform for at least this amount of time. What helps is that our living spaces are manufactured and built using some of the finest materials and components.

The giving out of a 10-year guarantee is also consistent with the commitments made by Planet in our Environmental Policy. By building living spaces that last a lifetime, it stops the need for any overconsumption and with this, reduces the harmful release of carbon emissions.

Most people only ever buy a home extension once in their life and do so at significant cost. This is what makes a 10-year guarantee so appealing, not least because you know that you can look forward to a great accumulation of energy savings over a decade or more.
